Dr. Rana is a native Texan and grew up in the Dallas area. She received her undergraduate degree at Austin College in Psychology . Dr. Rana then went on to pursue her M.D. at Austin College . During her fourth year of residency, Dr. Rana decided she had a passion for family medicine. She completed her residency at Methodist Health systems and decided to expand and eventually take over her moms practice in Southeast Dallas. Dr. Rana has been proudly serving the south east Dallas area since 2004. Dr. Rana loves seeing families. From newborns to grandparents, the scope of family medicine has no boundaries. Her focuses are women's health, adolescents, weight loss and diabetes, although no challenge is too big.
